Ok, I'm thinking that with the way rules are with forumotion.com, only those who are administrators can have access to the panel, I guess. That sucks. But at least you can moderate.
The portal? Just click the MJ button labeled 'portal' and it should take you there. It's just a review of the latest topics posted, it shows who's online, the forum affiliates, a shopforumotion.com icon, etc. Nothing big. Or are you meaning the panel?

I noticed the logo for the messages tends to go missing too. I'm not sure why this happens, but I will certainly check it out. I think that it's set to disappear and then reappear when you have a new pm notification. Not good.
